More Smiles

Those are the words of John Earl, whose daughter Amelia was treated at St Mary’s Children’s Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Paddington.

Last week, John spoke about his daughter’s experience to about 120 people at the 20th Century Theatre in Notting Hill in support of the More Smiles Appeal.

The evening, hosted by appeal committee members Fin and Beetle Fellowes, was in aid of the appeal to raise at least £2million to help fund the renovation and expansion of the unit so thousands more lives can be saved.

The highlights of the evening included: the pub quiz; a heads and tails game on their PICU knowledge; and the touching speech made by John.

Thank you Fin and Beetle and your family and friends for making the evening such a wonderful success.
